Hot! I found a great website to make banners, headers and footers. The site is so cool that I was sure it was a scam (you will see what I mean) I want to warn you up front, they try hard to get you to "upgrade" and look at some other free programs, but if you just click "No Thanks" at the bottom of 3 (yes, three) consecutive pages, you can join one of the coolest free banner, header and footer making sites out there. Go to http://instantbannercreator.com and ignore the hype and just look for the "FREE ACCESS" button. I have no doubt some of they programs they are offering are valuable but if you just want free stuff, trust me, join this site and weed your way through the hype.

    Great banners can be made free at  http://www.addesigner.com/.  This is a cool site with many different banners.  You are required to sign up with a valid Email address, and for right now this site is free.
