     Personal type web pages can be built for any number of reasons.  I have seen sites that commemorate events.  Some are just a memorial for a lost loved one.  There are sites that just have photos of a favorite car.  This type of web building, since it is free, can be built for any reason you can think of!  At this time, I'm sure there are a trillion web sites out there, and about 25 of them are mine.
